Whacko Chacko is a small independent business specializing in unique art prints.
These terms apply to all sales of prints, whether through our website, social media, or other sales platforms.
All orders must be placed through our website or authorized sales channels.
Prices are listed in £ and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal.
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Due to the nature of art prints, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
